Tom & Co is a well known pet store chain with many locations across Belgium, France and the Netherlands. To collect customer data in a smart way and give their digital marketing a boost, Tom & Co chose Smstools.

In eight Belgian stores, a Mobile Marketing Kiosk in the form of a tablet was installed. Shoppers could easily sign up to the SMS database while visiting the store. In return, they received exclusive SMS promotions for special campaigns and occasions. The barrier to participate was low and the impact was immediate.

Thanks to this approach, Tom & Co rapidly expanded its customer database in a targeted way. At the same time, shoppers benefited from relevant discounts and offers that truly matched their interests.
